arrival
Please arrive before the start of your scheduled session in order to fill out paperwork and relax. If you are running late, please call or text to notify your technician that your are on your way. Your service may be cut short or not fully completed (as in the case with waxing), the technician will do as much as possible, however, you will still be charge the full amount of your scheduled appointment.
cancellations
This time is reserved especially for you. Please notify smooth 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged the full session fee.
volume
Please use your inside voice, other clients may be receiving relaxation treatment.
children
This studio can be a dangerous place to leave a child unsupervised. No one will be available to attend to your child during your appointment. In order to be courteous to other clients and for you to receive the highest benefits from your time here, please make other arrangements. Well-behaved children over 12 are allowed to sit in the waiting area for short appointments.
